Refund Policy
There are no refunds. We encourage everyone to purchase the RegShield insurance to protect their registration fees. Because we are suggesting this new fee, we didn’t race registration prices.
Up to 1 month prior to the event, you may request a deferral. The deferral must be used before 12/31/2025
Starting in 2024, you can pick up someone else’s packet. However, the person picking up must:
1. …either have the same last name as the person or the same address.
2. …have an email or text from the person saying it’s OK. (Just show us a print out or your phone)
USAT Competition Rules
Any USAT Sanctioned event is subject to USAT Competition Rules. These are good to know.
