BuDu Racing’s Mt. Rainier Duathlon and Run

This year, we’re excited to offer a run only option!

The running event will follow the route of the 2nd run. The route is below and is 3.8 miles

What should I expect at this year’s event? You can expect the following:

Positive experience and supportive athletes.
Post event food, which typically consists of breads and bakery products; meats and cheeses; peanut butter & jelly
Awards for top 3 in Youth, Open and Master.
Every participant who registers at least 1 month in advance, will receive a promotional item!

Location

When: Sunday, May 7th. Time: Between 9:15 am and 9:30 am

Where: Enumclaw Expo Center

Highway 410 and 284th Ave SE, Enumclaw, WA. 98022. Use State Highways 164, 169, and 410.

The run-only option is sanctioned by USA Track & Field.

Packet Pick-Up

Prior to the event, you should receive a confirmation email that lists your bib number and registration information. We are requiring packet pick up by Saturday evening. Please email me directly ([email protected]) if you have an extenuating circumstance that will keep you from doing this.

Awards

There will be 3 categories for the run: 1. Youth (18 and under), 2. Open and 3. Masters (40+). The top 3 from each category will be awarded medals. Genders will be split for placing.
